Delivery and returns
Your order will be delivered within 2-8 business days.
We currently deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
If a delivery is delayed or cannot be shipped due to stock balance or for other reasons, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the order was placed. The customer may then cancel and/or be refunded at no additional cost.
We offer free delivery on all orders. The shipping fee is stated in SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, or EURO depending on your country. You will find your shipping options at checkout and you may update the information by updating the shopping cart.
Oversized rugs (300cmx400cm) may require a few additional days to reach you, due to their large measurement.
Tinted is not responsible for uncollected packages. The customer will be charged the cost of return shipping and any additional administrative costs.
Damaged or missing goods
If you discover upon receiving your package that the shipment has been visibly damaged in transit, this must be reported immediately to the shipping service. This applies to both home deliveries and when you collect the package from a pickup location. If you discover any damages to the contents of your package upon unwrapping it, you must contact Tinted within three calendar days. Feel free to contact our customer service to file a complaint. Always make sure to include photos of damaged items in your complaint.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Blankets, cushions and smaller objects - 39 SEK, €15, 100 DKK, 190 NOK, 67 PLN - per item returned
Rugs up to the size 200x300 cm - 190 SEK, €25, 190 DKK, 290 NOK,115 PLN - per rug returned
Rugs larger than 200x300 cm - 290 SEK,€39, 290 DK, 490 NOK, 115 PLN - per rug returned.
Samples can't be returned/refunded.
To return an order, please contact email@example.com. Once the product has arrived in the same condition as it was sent to you, you'll receive a refund within 3-5 business days depending on your payment method.
If an item is defective we will send you a replacement item free of charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a packaging service for those who wish to return a product.
Returns must be made from the same country as the delivery address in your order.
NOTE: Remember to keep the original packaging if you want to take advantage of our return policy. Samples cannot be returned.
